HOW TO SUBMIT A FILM TO THE FESTIVAL?

Read the festival's Regulations carefully and fill out the online Entry form.

HOW TO SEND A PREVIEW COPY OF MY FILM SUBMISSION?

You could send a preview copy:

• 1. on a DVD (PAL) by post to the festival shipping address:

or

• in a common digital video file format (PAL) for downloading via security web link sent to mail@inthepalace.com (common web platforms for sharing big files are WeTransfer, DropBox etc. )

Note! If the language version of the submitted film is different than English, the preview copies should be subtitled in English!

The reception of the preview copies will be confirmed personally to the film submitter per e-mail.

WHAT ABOUT IF MY FILM IS SELECTED?

Your film is listed in the Festival’s competitive programmes.

You receive a screening fee for your film. (Note! The screening fee can only be obtained personally by the film representative attending the Festival.)

Your film competes with the other selected titles for a total award fund of 10,000 Euros in gold. (Note! The awards can only be obtained personally by the film representatives attending the Festival.)

Your film is included in our online Industry Guide.

Your film is listed in our Video Library.

You receive 1 personal invitation to the Festival, including:

-         full accommodation (nights & foods)

You receive a special accommodation offer for an accompanying person.

You receive free passes for:

-         Full Festival access

-         All Festival screenings

-         Filmer Forge (Open section)

-         Film Market area

-         Side events & programmes

-         Industry meetings & Festival parties

You present your film to film industry professionals, film critics, press & audience.

Your film is included in our online Industry Guide.

Your film is listed in our Video Library.

You receive a special accommodation offer for you and an accompanying person.

You receive 2 free passes for:

-         Full Festival access

-         Music In The Palace

-         Industry meetings & Festival parties

WHAT ABOUT A GROUP SUBMISSION BY UNIVERSITIES?

Universities can submit to the Festival a selection of up to three films made by their students without paying an Entry Fee.

WHAT ABOUT A GROUP SUBMISSION BY DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES, FILM INSTITUTIONS ETC.?

Each request is considered separately. Please contact Mr. Milen Stoyanov for further details.

HOW CAN I PAY THE ENTRY FEE, IF I DON'T HAVE AN EXISTING PAY PAL ACCOUNT?

You can pay the entry fee via bank transfer to the festival's account. In this case you should send to us a copy of the payment order, enclosed with the preview copy of the submitted film or scanned by e-mail.
